Vincent Ferraro is a 1974 graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting and Business Management.

Mr. Ferraro’s expertise is in strategic planning for closely held businesses, federal and state tax planning and compliance, business and strategic planning, litigation support (generally in the areas of valuations), matrimonial settlements, and criminal defense matters. He has been a lecturer to accounting and legal groups.

Mr. Ferraro was President of the Board of the Lakeshore Healthcare Center. He is also a former Director of the Western New York Chapter of the NYSSCPA and Chairman of the NYSSCPA Committee for Cooperation with Credit Grantors and the Bar Association. He is a member of the West Seneca Chamber of Commerce and is on the School Board of St. Francis High School.
 

Barbara Hauser is a 1983 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management. Ms. Hauser earned a MBA degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Buffalo in 1991.

Ms. Hauser is responsible for managing and conducting the audits, reviews and compilation engagements of the firm’s clients. Her dual education in accounting and information systems management is imperative in today’s environment. She has extensive knowledge of non-profit, construction, and small businesses. Her twenty years experience includes valuable hands-on knowledge of the issues faced in these small businesses and has lead to recognition in these fields. Ms. Hauser was recently listed in “Who’s Who in Banking & Finance” in Buffalo Business First.

Ms. Hauser's community activities include being on the Parish Council of Our Lady of Victory Basilica and Treasurer of Our Lady of Victory Altar and Rosary Society.
